We offer a safe space for musicians and those those involved in the music scene to chat about successes or challenges they're facing while participating in the music scene. We have a small handful of support agreements in order to participate:
Practice self care
Respect one another
Make self for self and others
Practice phone etiquette
No ableist, homophobic, transphobic, racist, etc. language
Keep an open mind and refrain from judgement
Practice double confidentiality
No rescuing please
After doing self check-ins and sharing successes and challenges we're facing, we open up the discussion and share (or listen).
